I recently just ended a 16 week cycle of test. I am using the following pct:
Clomid:
100/100/50/50
Nolva
40/20/20/20
I had been taking Adex due to minor gyno symptoms but they have disappeared so I stopped taking it.
I am wondering, because I was on cycle for a long period of time, should I go longer than the traditional 30 days?
I am currently at the end of week 2. I haven't really lost any size or strength at all. I have been training religiously and keeping my protein intake high. When do you usually lose your gains if you are going to? Is it usually during pct or after?
