Ok so first off I'm 19 years old been training for 2 years, bf round 14%, weight 216, height 6' 1". I'm 5 weeks into my 10 week cycle of 2cc's test cyp weekly, and 1cc of equipoise weekly. I'm trying to eat like a horse and my gains so far have been good started out at 203lbs now I'm up to 116. Strength gains have also been going ok as well. I eat pretty healthy guessing I take in around 4000 to 4500 calories a day, always staying away from sugar and fatty foods...Any advice on diet exercise and lifting would be nice or just any input...will post some before and after pics when I finish my cyc...thanks
