Few PCT Q's

ok not on AAS, had a few questions

so im doin a twelve week cycle of test enth, and week 7 i feel itchiness in my nipples.

now i got nolva and clomid for PCT. so should i start nolva, with

40 40 20 20

immediatly, and continue throught my cycle and PCT?

i lookd around, but i didnt find a definite answer... if you find a link that clearly states it, please post
