PCT wanted

Testosterone - 500mgs (once per week) weeks 1-12
Equipoise - 400mgs (once per week) weeks 1-12
Dianabol - 25mgs (split in 2 twice a day) weeks 1-4
Arimidex - 0.5mgs a day weeks 1-12

when should I start PCT?
Clomid/Nova
should I take both or only one.
Is there anything else I need.

definately take both... i learned that the hard way... my first cycle was of test p, and i started taking it 3 days after my last injection... it may be different however with using a different type of test due to the half life

so I will be taking both Clomid and nolva.
I have never taken clomid only nolva
I will be doing 2 weeks 40 mg of nolva followed by 2 weeks of 20 mg
How should I take the clomid?
