PCT advice

I ran dbol, test e and deca. (dbol 5 weeks/deca 10 weeks/test e 12 weeks) i have 2 shots of test e left to finish my cycle, i had no gyno related issues or sides at all really. for pct i have arimidex and nolvadex. my arimidex is in 1mg caps so i cant break them up. should i run 1mg eod? and when should i do this and for how long? then I'm assuming 40/40/20/20 of nolva 2 weeks after my last shot of test? im just wondering if i should start the arimidex before im dont my test. Thoughts and advice on how to run these? thanks

don't use armidex for PCT only use it if you see signs of gyno...

Most use Nolva and Clomid for PCT
