my cycle was
1-12 weeks 500 mg per week test enth.
3-12 weeks 25 mg for every day proviorn.

my pct plan is after 14 day
from 12-16 weeks 40 mg of novldex
12-15 week 1000ui every day +high dose of vit E
so what is ur opinion is what i do is enough ?any another opinion is welcome

14 days after your last injection start nolva at 40 mg a day for 4 weeks and clomid run everyday for 4 weeks . Dosage for clomid is as follows 150/100/50/50

I dont know the best way to use the proviorn. I know that it CANNOT be substituted for the clomid.

It is made to be run along side your cycle.

500 iu's2/3 x wk.

PCT as follows;

Tamo=40/20/20/20
Clomid=100/50/50/50
