Test E - First Cycle PCT Help

Hey Guys,

I have just started my first cycle of Test E @ 400p/w for 12 weeks. I am currently in week 2.

I have clomid & nolva on hand for PCT and had planned -

Clomid - 50/50/50/50
Nolva - 20/20/20/20

I have been reading about the benifits of HCG and was wondering what is the best way/time to introduce it into my cycle/PCT and at what dose.

people run HCG with differing protocols,

I did have a read through that. I was still confused as to what amount i should be taking and when to start.

I was thinking because it is still so early in my cycle, 250iu 2 x week with my test should be fine and than start the original PCT i had planned.

Any thoughts on this and do my nolva/clomid doesages look to be ok?

That sounds fine to me.

Your clomid/nolva dose looks good, as well.

Should i use the HCG during the 2 weeks after my last shot and stop on the day i start the clomid/nolva or is it best to overlap these two..

Also, is an AI still recommended with this dose of Test & HCG. Im not gyno prone at all i dont think, im fairly lean (14%) and never had any issues during puberty.
