Nolvadex dosage question

I start my nolavdex tomorrow at 40/40/20/20. My nolvadex is 10mg pills. when should I take my dosage. is it split up through the day or taken all at once? any advice would be great. bascially timing and mgs would be great. thanks

you can take it all at once. no problem.

yeah i think the half life of nolvadex is something like 24 or 36 hours so splitting it up wouldent make any sense.....all down the hatch at once.
