    Help With PCT From Newbie

    I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction, I'm about to start my first cycle of straight test and realized I don't have a PCT set up.
    I've been reading and searching around the forum for days now and can't seem to figure this out.
    My Stats:

    Height-5'7
    Weight-180
    BMI-27
    Cycle-Straight Test

    I am just looking for some suggestions for PCT or if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.
