I'm thinking about a 10 week Test E cycle @ 500mg a week. I would like to run HCG and Arimidex with the cycle. My questions are: is HCG at 250iu twice a week about right? Should I start HCG as soon as I start Test? How long should I continue HCG?

Does Arimidex @ .25mg EOD sound about right? Are there any interactions between these compounds that I should know about in advance?

Your correct. Well done for researching. I guess your username is pretty relivant.

HCG 250ius 2-3 times per week from start to the day you start PCT. Arimidex at 0.25mg/ED or EOD.

Regarding your cycle. I wish I used Test Prop due to acne. I got it pretty bad and it took months for it to return to normal. I dont think I would have had this problem with Prop.

Prop kicks in faster too, you dont have to wait the 6+ weeks for the solid gains to come. If I had to change anything, I'd change your cycle to Test Prop, not Enanthate or Cypionate.

Agreed but i would stick with a single long ester for a first cycle.
