PCT for first cycle in about 10 years

Im about to do a 5 week Test prop cycle which will be my first in nearly 10 years I am going to run week 1 100mg EOD weeks 2-5 120 mg EOD My planned PCT is nolva at 40/40/20/20 will this be sufficient or should i add some clomid or arimidex. Thanks in advance for any advice

20mg/ED Tamox willl suffice though IMHO.
