starting new cycle need PCT help

I will be starting my very first cycle in a week and had a few quetions about my PCT.

I have been recommened to take nolva and clomid for 4 weeks
40mg ed of nlove for 2 weeks and the q00mg for the clomid
the last 2 weeks the nolva to 20mg and clomid to 50.

I have a few questions about about nolva and clomid. Are they pills are injectibles?
and if they come in both forms which is best? i personally prefer pills so i dont need to inject but will go with whats best.

Please advise on PCT

You can get some liquid clomid and nolva from the board sponsor arr. You may want to have an ai like liquidex, exemestane or letro just in case of gyno issues. What does your first cycle look like?
