I been running Test Prop EOD at 150mg 1.5ml for 10 weeks. ( Fun first cycle, I enjoyed hobbling around the first few weeks LOL )

Been running HCG from week 8 - 10 @ 500iu E5D.
Also started creatine HCL and beta-alanine and betaine at week 8
Here is what im looking at for my PCT
Nolva- 40/40/20/20
Clomid - 100/100/50/50
Arimidex 0.5-1mg/ED
Diet is going to stay the same, I may increase it a bit to have some extra cals since it will be very catabolic.

PWO I normally take 2G of vitamin C and 1000mg of phosphatidylserine
At soon as I wake up I have a banana and 1g of vitamin C +5 - 10G glutamine and then I started cooking my egg whites and 1st meal
This is my PWO shake below
5G bcaa + 5-10G glutamine + 24g on whey + 20g probolic-sr + 70-80g Waxymaize + 5G creatine HCL + 2G of vitamin C and 1000mg of phosphatidylserine
I will maintain this during PCT as phosphatidylserine + vitamin C are awesome PWO at killing cortisol and especially at PCT.
I have more than enough clomid, nolva, hcg, adex if needed.
My goal is to do pct for a month, then for the next 2 months try and slim down a bit for 2nd cycle in jan.
I will maintain at least 150-200G carbs per day even when I am cutting.
I will just drop carbs from 400 to 200 and AM cardio, always worked well.
During my PCT I am going to try and keep everything not start trying to clean up the BF till after PCT is over.
Next Cycle looks like deca, test e, anadrol.
Might do a blast cycle, but will consult others for priming tips.
Have Clen and ketofen on hand but I can cut ok without it as its mostly diet but I know clen is very muscle sparing.
Was thinking about T3, but don't know much about it yet or even if I needed to toy with it.
Please give me your thoughts on this and any advice, this is my first pct as this was my first cycle.
So far I been maintain my weight at about 196 at wake up with about 16%bf.
Im 5'8 196 at wakeup, 200-202 End of Day.
Also Changing my workouts from 5 days per week mon - fri to Mon Wens and fri
Trying to stick to low reps powerlifting
Monday - Legs
Wednesday - Back
Friday - Chest
I will have more rest time.
My reason is along with strength comes size and I can use 3 days a week from the 5 days routine.
