bloodwork back

If anyone knows anything about bloodwork please chime in. I had to go to the doc for an unrelated issue and while I was there told him I juiced to be upfront and that I wanted some bloodwork to check my test. I wanted to wait about two months after my PCT was finished but since I was at the doc already I asked about getting blood test, he said its kinda soon but did it anyway only two weeks after I finished my PCT of a 12 week test prop cycle. This is what I got:

Testosterone , Serum 775 ng/dl Normal Range 241-827

Has nothing on free test or estrodiol and what not. Any comments? Normal?
