what is the difference between an anti aronatase and ostrogen blocker.

Im a bit confused as to what the difference between an anti aromatase such as 6oxo (60 capsules * 100mg 3,6,17 -androstenetrione) and the popular drugs such as clomid/nolvadex. The 60xo harly sounds like an Anti oestrogen!

Thankyou this has been on my mind for some time.

You can combat estrogen 2 ways.

    1. Block it at the receptor site. This is what Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERM's) do. But they will still leave high levels of circulating estrogen if you using steroids that have increased it. They act as estrogen receptor (ER) agonists in some tissues and antagonists in others. They include Tamoxifen, Clomiphene, Toremifene and Rolaxifene.

    2. Reduce estrogen. Estrogen is converted from testosterone via the aromotase enzyme. Aromotase Inhibitors (AI's) reduce circulating estrogen. These include Arimidex, Aromasin and finally Letro. Arimidex being the least powerful, then Aromaisn, then finally Letro. Letro should only be used for pre-competition, VERY prone to gyno or gyno reversal.
