PCT for Sustanon 250 & TEST? NEED HELP FAST!!

When should I start my PCT & what should I take exactly if I split Sustanon 250 (5cc's) & the final 5 were TEST (5 cc's)?

I know it doesn't seem smart but I'm thinking I should have gotten on here along time ago and not have listened to my friend who advised me on all this stuff.

I need help ASAP so I can order what I need. My last injection was 11 days ago. :-/

According to a lot of these posts it states I should take it 18 days after?

What mg to you recommend of each and when?

You can get the clomid and nolva from ar-r.com

Nolva 40mg ed weeks 1-2
Nolva 20mg ed weeks 3-4
Clomid 50mg ed weeks 1-2
Clomid 25mg ed weeks 3-4

So let me see if I understand this right. Take Nolva the first 2 weeks at 40mg a day and then the last 3-4 weeks take it down to 20mg.

As for Clomid, 50mg a day and then down to 25mg?

Then I just quit them all together?

Oh and also I am breaking out like crazy now. Haven't done this during the entire cycle until now 11 days after. Is this normal?
