just got my tamox and clomi combo pack but have no idea of how much to use for a pct program can anyone tell me what dose to use after a trenn/cyp cycle

Tamox 40/40/20/20

Theres more to pct than just the drugs you have to take, training, rest and diet have to be tweaked aswell.

Training days get shorter.
Calories go up.

I train very lightly, and rest.

Bump up the food intake.

Definitely make sure your diet and training are in check, the pct chems you have should be fine.
