I've got some questions about my first cycle,
Everyone says to me I have to use Test E but why not Test C what is the difference?

My idee was
Test P 75mg 1-3
Test E/C? 500mg 1-10
Deca 200mg 1-8

Nolva 40mg 14-17

Im no expert btw.

stick with 1 compound, test e or c are pretty much the same, get whateva u kno is good, not fake i mean.

run nolva and clomid pct, and maybe an AI

se wat the others hav 2 say tho

The difference is the esters.

That's it.

No need to mix them up.

I think test should be run for at least 12 wks.

500mgs per wk.

Deca is usually ran @ 400 to 500 mgs per wk.


PCT is weak.

Clomid=100/50/50/50
Nolva=40/20/20/20

I would also suggest HCG @ 250 iu's X2 wk during cycle.

Have an AI on hand, adex and letro.

Just in case of gyno complications.

hm.. isnt deca 400mg not to mutch for the first cycle?

Sow the cycle will by:
Test P 75mg E/D 1-3
Test C 500mg 1-12
Deca 400mg 1-10
HCG 250ui 2x p/w 1-12

Nolva 17-21 40mg??

Some members, post pics of themselves, and your pic is not someone who has ran no cycles.

(ME BAD).....

Don't incorporate deca at all in the first cycle.

@ 200 mgs a week , it will be mostly non beneficial.

Run a strict cycle of test, which one is up to you.

This way you will know how your body reacts to syn hormones.

You need to get rid of the deca, save in for next go around.

PCT=clomid @ 100/50/50/50
nolva@ 40/20/20/20

I run nolva during cycle @ 10 mgs ed.

HCG @ 250 iu's X 2 wk

Gyno would be adex or letro, but for this cycle, wait to see what happens, in that respect.

Those AI's run @ .25 mgs ed IF gyno starts.(not both at the same time)

Nolva is a serm, and works differently that AI's.
