Time off = length of cycle + pct time.

12 wks cycle of test E(example)=12 wks + 2 wks in between pct+ PCT time of 4 wks =18 wks.

Some run it at 16, which is fine, but I use the entire time added together. The extra 2 wks won't hurt you.

    NO, NO, NO.......

Time Off = Cycle length + PCT Time

You ran cyp for 12 weeks, your PCT is 4 weeks.

    12+4=16

When you finish your Clomid, you need to take 16 weeks off.

wow that was a great read

yea i understand a lot of it is water but it just made me look more massive so i kind of miss the water retention

but i know for sure my diet and my supplements have not been as good while as on

bc im taken time off creatine and cut back a little on supplements and my diet hasnt been the best lately either which explains the nutrition aspect so im just going to have to get my appetite back
i was a lot more hungry on the test

the other areas i covered well
