Which way is the best way to inject HCG for keeping estro down on cycle...??

As far as I know HCG isn't used to keep estrogen down. It can be injected Sub q on either side of the belly button.

i dont think it needs to be by the belly button, i prefer the glute personally

you can, it's just not advised, has to do with the absorbency of the product..
