PCT help..

i've been running 500 mg of test a week taking 250 mg every monday and thursday..i've taken dbol at 40 mg everyday for 4 weeks im now on week 6 of test and i'm about to start taking .7 mg of deca 300 twice a week so it would be around a total of 450 mg of deca a week..i'm planning on runing test longer than the deca but i need to know what i should use for pct, i've read that nolvadex is a no no..can someone please tell me if clomid would be alright? thanks.

Use Nolva and Clomid and also you should get some HCG . How long are you running the deca ?

so it is okay to run nolva with the deca ? and i planned to run it around 6-8 weeks what do you think? i know i should run it atleast 5..should i get another bottle and run it for 10 weeks?

Deca needs to be ran for longer than that for sure I would say atleast 10 weeks. You wouldnt be running Nolva with the deca it would only be during pct. I dont really believe that nolva causes any issues while on 19-nors and have used nolva several times while on Tren .

okay, sounds good..well if i get another bottle of deca i'd need to get another bottle of test as well. which would put me at around like a 22 week cycle..haha would that be cool?

no its my 4th but i have never ran any pct before like a complete dumbass..and i know that my test production had stopped because i had absolutely no sex drive up until i started this cycle..i haven't been on for about a year and a half..i've used test and deca 2 times test and eq once and test eq and tren ..

I would use clomid at 100/50/50/50 and nolv 40/20/20/20 and take a break before you start another cycle.

As to the post of length of your cycle, my best gains have came in the 8-12 week period of a cycle. If you read the recomended cycles on the main site they even recomend a longer cycle for the most part.

You need to run Test 7 days longer than the deca .

okay so run one week of test after my last shot of deca ? and sorry about the source thing man..

oh and i have some dbol left over..i was wondering if i should take it after my cycle or if i should add it in somewhere cuz i got 4 weeks at 40 mg a day left...

Thats correct on the one week. I would just save the dbol to kick off your next cycle.

I'd run the test 2 weeks pas the deca. For example,

1-10 deca
1-12 test

No, don't run dbol after your cycle. You really should spend some time reading the pct stickies. The last thing you want to do is add a suppressive compound during pct when you're trying to re start your natural test production.

okay man, i do read some of the stickies but i always get confused and i just like when i have someone telling me straight up..do you think i should take the dbol now? i have a good 6 - 7weeks of test left..or should i just not even worry about it...sorry for all the questions guys..but i do appreciate all the help..i feel alot better about things now.

Everyone is different, but I return to precycle levels about 7-8 weeks from my last injection useing PCT.

Returning your system to precycle levels are very important. You will get better results in future cycles.

100 mcgs per day for the first week, and 50 per day for 2-4 weeks on the clomid and nolv 40 per day for the first week and 20 per day for 2-4 weeks. I have found the best results when I take my PCT just before bed.

when you say "clomid at 100/50/50/50 and nolv 40/20/20/20" do you mean take 100 mg of clomid and 40 mg of nolv everyday for a week then the next week take 50 mg of clomid and 20 mg of nolv?

You still need to really watch your diet on PCT or you will pack on bodyfat if your not carefull. I know it happen to me.

okay man, i really appreciate all the help..a buddy of mine has some shit he says is clomid and nolv but i dont really believe him a 100 percent would u reccommend me trying to find some on the internet from a trusted source? or should i go with my dude..?
