Recommend me a good, air tight Test E PCT.

Read a lot of stickies and educational threads, seems the more I read the less I know.. After a while it just seems like a lot of numbers and acronyms and lots of the threads are really quite complicated and I can't really get my head around some of them.

Anyway what seems to be generic layout of PCT/AI's/SERMS for a test only cycle. Trying to gather as much info as I can here.

If someone could smash out some answers to these it would be highly favourable (lookin at you Swifto)

1) What is the typical airtight (as best can be) PCT for a Test E only @ 500mg/week? (10 weeks)

2) What, if any products should be taken WHILST on cycle. If none, what should be kept at hand just in case

3) A lot of people say "take this and this", "might wanna chuck some xxx in there as well" These really annoy me, I'd really like to know the importance of each.
Actually that's pretty much all I'm after.

I'm basically after the best PCT available. Money and availability are not really an issue.

Hows this look Swifto.

HCG whilst on cycle 125-250iu 2-3 times weekly to maintain testicular size/function.
(does HCG cease at the same time as the end of cycle. Or continue during PCT?)

PCT for 5 weeks
Clomid 40mg/day
Nolvadex 20mg/day

(Should I keep surplus nolva purely to use on cycle in case of gyno?)

(PCT Commences 2 weeks after last Test E shot?)

An AI on hand (Sin/Dex) if experiencing high estrogen symptoms.
Trib on hand purely as a libido enhancer if need be.

For a basic light cycle as such the pct I would suggest is for 4 weeks clomid 50mgs nolva 20mgs. Some might suggest doubling this dose for the first two weeks(100/100/50/50 - 40/40/20/20)

yea for just a test e cycle clomid and nolva should be just fine.

Why do you say 'Tamox' over say Nolvadex ?

Are there other equivilants?
