help with adex?

i was told on another forum to use adex to keep my estrogen levels low? here is my cycle and if i do need to use the adex to keep estrogen levels low what week would be good if i do need it?

1-12 test e 375mg week
1-10 deca 375mg week
6-12 var 50mg ed
9-13 hcg 500 iu x2 week
pct will start week 14.

are you gyno prone?

I wouldn't run the AI unless you need to.

If you start to feel estrogen related sides, then you can start the Adex.

I keep everything in a pelican medical case.

Letro, adex, accutane,deca ,hcg ,test, sust, mast,clomid, nolva,syringes, ect.......................

Point: have everything on hand. Just in case.

I would run 10mgs nolva ed with that cycle.IMO

same here i keep all my stuff in a lil hand bag. just one trip to the restroom.
