Any tips for dealing with Clomid side effects?

I'm on day 2 of my PCT and currently taking Nolva 40mg/day and Clomid 100/mg day. I will be taking the 100mg dosage for the first week and then cutting down to 50mg/day. I'm feeling really foggy and tired and am not a fan of this at all. It's bearable but just doesn't make for a good day off. I'm curious if there is anything you can do to counteract the sides of the Clomid? Should I just drop it down to 50mg a day or should I continue for the next 5 days at 100mg?

I dropped from 50mg down to 25mg and it still didnt work out.
I hate clomid. But yes drop it down to 50 mg and see if that doesnt help.

ive also heard take it before bed each night, should ease the sides somewhat.

I'm feeling better today and not so dizzy. What I did last night was take 50mg around 7pm and the other 50 just before bed and today I'm not having the foggy feeling. However, I'm so tired all day long and even took a nap for almost 3 hours this afternoon.

At bedtime is when you take it.

I get No sides personally.

But, yes, what you are going through is normal based on members responses to it.

I call it the clomid suck train.

I ended up taking my 1st 50mg earlier than usual today and I'm now feeling it. Do you recommend taking the full 100mg right before bed? Or, should I space them out by a few hours?

If I cut down to 50mg/day how will this interfere with my recovery? I'm already not a fan of this but I guess it's a small price to pay for results.

i am thinking of stopping this , go down to 25 mg per day , and get some nolva at 20 mg per day with it , i dont have these sides at 25 mg per day of clomid.

can this shit work ? is nolva as good ? not trying to steal the thread from the OP , this is more like a bump for more input to a solution to this clomid crap.

Nova is stronger mg for mg, I wont even bother with clomid.

Tamoxifen is good, yes. You may be one of the few that cannot handle Clomid at any dose.

But it seems like your going through a standard PCT. Get something for your labido, Tribulas, Tongkat Ali, etc...

I haven't been all sad and crying or anything I just feel foggy. I have been tired as well but yesterday wasn't too bad. Saturday was a bitch and I actually took a 3 hour nap around noon time which I never do. I have ZERO sex drive and don't think I could even get it up the hottest chick right now.

You should be using Nolva and Clomid not just Clomid alone.

humm... maybe ur right , i will buy some nolva from the pharmacy and dose it at 20 mg per day along with the clomid.

If clomid sides are that bad then just switch to nolva.

I found that side effects were greatly reduced when I lowered the dose now I run 50mg for 2 weeks then 25mg for the next 2.
