This is what happend to me. My acne got 100x worse during PCT. You NEED to get some Accutane or maga-dose Vit-B5. Accutane is your best bet at 20mg/ED.

Nozoral shampoo is also good. Wash the area and leave it on for 2-3mins to soak, then rinse off in the shower. Do this everyday for the first 4-5 days, then every other day. It can really irritate the skin.

Try low dose Clomid 25mg/ED with Tamox 20mg/ED. Its not the SERMs, its the change in hormone levels.

Did you use an AI?

Androgens in general, estrogen, DHT and prolactin can all contribute to acne. If prolactin is in high amounts, it will cause acne. I cant see why prolactin would be that high though. Did you get BW done at all?

As Swifto mentioned it was likely the hormon fluctuation that was causing the severe acne more so then the pct drugs. Accutane is an option to deal with bad acne.

You should restart the PCT on low doses IMHO. Some get ance from Clomid. So you could try Tamox alone at 20mg/ED. Its excellent at restarting the HPTA.

If you cant get Accutane, mega-dose B5 at 5-10g/ED with some Nizoral shampoo.
