HCG Question

Hey guys I am planning a cycle to start in a couple of months. Its my first real cycle , Im 28, been training hard for years and done all my research. Just unsure on a few things. I will be doing a 10 week sustanon250 cycle ran @ 500mg a week(total)250 on sunday and 250 thursday.
I m going to include dbol @ 40mg ed also, for 4 weeks.
I have HCG but ill ask you about that in a sec, my pct will be nolvadex 40,40,20,20 and clomid 100,100,50,50. Does this look ok to you?
My main question was that for HCG I have 3 x 1500 ius so WHEN SHOULD I SHOOT THEM? like when is the best time to shoot them. Ive heard a week before my last shot of sus, ive heard a week after and then every five days. Which is best. REMEMBER I HAVE GOT 3 X 1500 IUS. and I dont intend to run throughout cycle.
