First cycle, pct help.

I plan on running my first cycle of test-c somtime in 2010.

I am going to be using 500 mg/wk for 10 weeks.
I am going to use Nova and Clomid for my PCT


Here is my pct
Clomid 50/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20

I am also wondering if HCG should be used throughout this cycle and if so, how much?
and if i should change my PCT plan.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

clomid and nolva should be fine for your pct, if you worry about any gyno issues you should look into letro or aromasin. You could raise the clomid and nolva dosages a bit. You could use clomid at 100mg the first two weeks, and nolva 40mg the first two weeks.
