Getting ready to start PCT.. Need Help

Ok, i have been on the following cycle.
week 1-4: Anadrol 50mg daily
Week 1-10: Deca 400 mg per week
Week 1-12: Test E 600 mg per week

Age: 29
Ht: 5'11
Wt: 195lbs

I currently have Liquid Clomi, Tamox, and Liquid Dex... (ALL LION PRODUCTS) How should i use these three to perform a good PCT? Only side effects i have seen on my cyle is bad acne on my back.. Thanks for all the input..

Thanks, was also given the advice to do it this way, not sure..
Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva..
Also i looked up the conversion chart for AR-R and it talks about pumps??? I have a oral syringe, and the bottles are as follows:
Tamox 20mg/mL
Liquid Clomi 35mg/mL
L-Dex: 1mg/mL
Could you help me out with this as well.. Sorry for all probably simple questions...

Did you use the liquidex or any other AI during the cycle to combat water and estrogen? If so I would definately not bother with the liquidex as part of the pct. Not necessary. Dose the clomid and tamoxifen as stated above.

No, did not use any of the liquidex or any other AI during the cycle... so without the use of it during the cycle, still not needed for post cycle???

In most cases, I really don't see the need for an AI in pct. Your E should be fairly low anyway in pct, as the androgens clear your system. No sense in tanking your E even more.

AR-R's clomid is dosed at 35mg/ml and tamox is 20mg/ml.

So you can dose it at:
Clomid 70/70/35/35
Tamox 40/40/20/20

you can even go higher on that clomid dose, especially the first week

clomid 100, 50, 50, 50
nolva 40, 40, 20, 20

and no need for an ai unless you are worried about gyno problems.

ok not to steal the thread but im about to finish my 11 week straight test C at 500 a week....how long for me ? and what...im hearing just Nolva would do the trick
