perfect pct

Hi guys.
Looking for some oppinions...

Using ar-r what would be perfect pct for the following two cycles?

Test e 500mg week 1-14
Winng 50mg eod weeks 8-14

Then the above cycle with tren ace week 4-14 at 50mg eod

pct's don't change much because of the cylce. Especially basic cycle. Maybe longer cycles, will need a more aggressive pct, but your basic cycle a nolva/clomid pct will do the job nicely:

clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20

Also if you plan on using winny, it needs to be taken ED, not EOD.

the clomid and nolva suggestions is everyday for four weeks.. correct? 100 and 40 everyday for the first week and then 50 and 20 everyday for the last three weeks?

What bad points can you think of from taking liquadex throughout the or a cycle?

i see no bad points in using adex on cyle, it will keep estrogen related sides to a minimum and reduce bloat. I recommend to use 0.25mg's EOD. However if you are nto prone to sides from estrogen then it would be a waste of money to use it. People always claim that reduced estrogen means reduced gains, i do not believe that unless you kill your estrogen with something like letro. Adex only strips about 50%, and that still elaves plenty of estrogen for growth and libido.

you could use adex during cycle or you could go with exemestane, i prefer exemestane during cycle, good luck with the pct, definitely get clomid and nolva.
