a long time ago, about 5 years ago i went into max muscle and told the guy there what i was wanting to do, which at the time was get in shape. . he loaded me up with so many things and the bill was crazy, but being zealous, i got on all of them, i have no clue what it was since it was soo long ago but the guy sounded like he knew what he was talking about.. not long after that. i found a lumpy growth on my left chest, the doctor said it may be hormones which was normal in males who were growing up (i would have been 20 yrs old) or that it would be gyno... had it removed but scar tissue is still in there so i can feel it... its not weird looking since i had it removed but was wondering whats the best way to go about doing a beginner cycle with the minimal possibilities of gyno , if this was gyno...
thanks guys for your appreciated feedback. . .

if you already have gyno symptoms then you want to run some letro, if you want to add an ai to your cycle to help prevent gyno you go with liquidex or my favorite exemestane.

so if that was gyno, which the doctor didnt REALLY know... and neither did I... he said it was either gyno or just my hormones since i was growing still. he said it was normal so what he suggested was to surgically remove it and i did... so now i have scar tissue under there and its wierd. . sometimes its hard, other times soft, seems like it does whatever it wants. so maybe i should try that and see what happens. . .
b t w - i wouldnt mind getting my sex drive tamed a little bit.
