    how much time off before next cycle?

    how much time off is recommended after 6 week novice cycle before starting next cycle?

    from what i read and have been doing is Time on = Time off.

    true 6 week min ,but why only 6 week cycle what did you run ??

    Week six is almost my mid point. I like 10 week - 14 week cycles better for me. I don't really start seeing decent strength and weight gains till the 6-8th week. Everybody is different.

    Stay off for a couple months or at least the same amount of time that you were on. The most important thing is that you fully recover and that means a real good pct including Nolvadex , Clomid and HCG .. If you can't get all three then consider maybe a little more time off since they all play a role in your recovery.
