confuse on what to use for sus250 pct

ok, im on my first cycle and im running sustanon 250.. im on my 3week and have 9 to go, but im gonna buy my pct in the next day.. the help i need from you guys here is that i dont know what to use for pct.. i kno im gonna start 18-21days after last injection, but i have been reading that some ppl recommend to start HCG right after the last injection of sus250 n then after 2weeks get on clamid or nolva..

well, what i have planned for my pct is just to do nolva 40/40/20/20 21days after last injection, but i also read a lot of ppl saying to combine nolva with clamid for pct.. so if i do that how much will i do? im confuse, and i will appriciate an answer for someone who did a cycle like this..

I like using both clomid and nolva for my pct. i usually run it for 4 weeks and I like

clomid 70/35/35/35
nolva 40/20/20/20

and you can get the chems from arr the board sponsor.

HCG should be ran during your cycle.

250 iu's X 2 wk, up to PCT.

Clomid=100'50'50'50
Nolve=40/20/20/20

is it necessary to run HCG during the cycle??

and you say to do 250 iu x 2 weekly.. but the place i buy my juice only sells 5000 iu and 1500 iu.. so will it be bad to do 1500 iu a week?
