pct on first cycle!

I'm about to start my first cycle, test prop and winny. I already have clomid and nolva ready to go, but i don't know what week to start pct on or what dosages. I just want to be prepared and not f**k up my first cycle.


test 50mg eod weeks 1-10
winstrol weeks 5-10

nolva 40/20/20/20

and you may want to run an ai during cycle like liquid exemestane or liquidex. good luck with the cycle.
