Confusion on PCT start date

The dbol cycle would be 4 weeks and the test e is 12 weeks. It is said that you should take PCT 24 hours last administration for dbol, and 14 days after last administration of test e, so what date would I use? Also, can you take arimidex the entire cycle or would that be considered PCT? Also, what PCT is recommended for this cycle?

Im guessing your running the d-bol weeks 1-4 in that case start pct 2 weeks after last test inj being week 15.

As for adex just keep it on hand during cycle you should only need it if you see signs of gyno ,taking it during the cycle is not considered pct.

Thanks! Can you take adex during the whole cycle or will that effect the results of the test and dbol? I'm thinking of doing that just as a preventative, so I don' see any signs of gyno. If so, what dosage would be recommended?

It has a long active life. Cut them in half and take EOD/E3D.

Ok, so I think I have my cycle down, but I have a couple more questions. The start date for test e is 14 days after your last poke, and 21 days after your last poke for Eq. Which one do I go with? 14 or 21?

I also saw a cycle that started HCG the week after your last week of the cycle, this lasts for 3 weeks, then you start your clomid for 3 weeks. Does this sound right? If not, how would you run HCG and clomid?

Also, I saw a easier way instead of chopping the adex pills in half is take exemestane (Aromasin) instead. Can I take this while on my cycle like adex or is this strictly for PCT?

Not at all. Aromasin is better in every way than Adex. Its just more expensive/harder to find.

For PCT, stop pinning the EQ one week before the test. That way you wait 2 weeks before PCT starts.
hCG should be used on cycle as needed (IMO) to prevent/minimize testicular atrophy. The goal here is to have your balls up and running when you start the SERMs, instead of having several weeks of recovery downtime while you wait for your balls to get back into shape.

That would be a terrible idea. High doses of hCG are wasteful and cause excess aromatization. I would not pin more than 1000IU at a time, preferably 500.

5000IUs total is fine. Run it for the last 5 weeks at 1000 IUs/week (500IUs 2X/week). Or you could follow the Swale protocol and spread it over 10 weeks. Either works fine.

Nolva and Clomid together works really well. 20mg and 50mg respectively for 4-5 weeks.

12.5 mg EOD (it usually comes in 25mg tabs) would be a safe bet.
