Pct start time?

Ok guys I'm finally biting the bullet and doing my first cycle.....Equitest a blend of Test E and Equipoise dosed at 250/200 test/equi.

My question is when to start the pct? I've searched the forum and found start times.....14 days after Test E and 21 days after Equipoise. Which start date? Split the difference?...

Also as this is my first cycle what recommendations for pct dosages?

I have Clomid at 50mg/50 caps and Nolvadex 20mg/50 caps.

Any added information would be greatly appreciated.
