    Question for Swifto....

    OK so im in search of the absolute most effective pct. after reading most of your posts ive come to the conclusion that a pct consisting of this is the best:
    torm 120/100/100/60/60
    tamox 20/20/20/20/20

    ok so thats the base, what else could i add to increase the efficacy of this pct
    vitamin e?
    clomiphene?
    any ideas?

    I would go clomid/tamox for the most effective pct. And you may want an AI to run during your cycle for water weight and gyno purposes.

    this pct is for a dbol, sust 750 a week, deca 500 a week, cycle for 12 weeks...running the deca for 10 weeks. running hcg throughout

    It it were me I would include clomid in whatever pct you run. Nolva/clomid or clomid/ torem. For some the clomid sides are just to much. But if you can tolerate clomid's sides I think it is important for hpta restoration...
