    Please help

How bad is cardio during pct? I weigh 253lbs, at 18%bf. When I started cycle I was 232 at 15%. I ran 500mg of Test Enanthate per week for 14 weeks, while using 250iu hCG e3d. I just started pct. Five weeks of Nolva and Clomid. My strength gains were incredible... but I got too fat. I am hoping that a few inches on my waist are jsut from being bloated, which I should lose during week 2 of pct.

Anyway, I have some clen and yohimbine on the way to help with pct. Now, how long can I safely do cardio? I want to try to do cardio for 30 minutes every other day. Something low-impact... like the stair climber or elliptical. After pct I will start running again.

I want to cut as much fat during pct and hold on to as much strength as possible.

That is a great idea BK, hit the cardio during PCT and add the clen in as well...Not only will the clen conserve your strength but it will also keep the hard earned muscle around....Clen is a known anti-catabolic chemical.......Once you start Clen it will flush out all the (water) bloat and start to burn that excess fat.......

take it easy, dont try and cut your excess fat during pct, your extremely catabolic and your priority is to maintain your gains.

get through it and cut later on

also clen has been shown to be weak at lowering cortisol levels as well, theres a few threads on it here.
