    test cycle as well as PCT

    guys, i need an honest opinion on this cycle, what do you all think

    Weeks 1-10:
    *500mg testosterone per week
    *1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
    *1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
    *1 tablet of clomid every other day (50mg)
    *320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day

    Week 11:
    *300mg testosterone per week
    *1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
    *1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
    *1 tablet of clomid every other day (50mg)
    *320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day

    Week 12:
    *200mg testosterone per week
    *1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
    *1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
    *1 tablet of clomid every day (50mg)
    *320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day

    Week 13:
    *1.25mg of finasteride per day
    *.25mg of Arimidex every other day
    *100mg of clomid every day

    Week 14:
    *1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every 3rd day (0.25mg)
    *50mg of clomid every day


    PCT would be 14 days after

    Nolva- 40/20/20/20
    Clomid- 100/50/50/50

    Where did you get this cycle from?

    It needs some work, as does your PCT.

    it was a beginner cycle that i got from a website from supposed source that knew what he was talking about....no good huh? what are your recommendations swifto?? any would be great

    Be ver careful of webiste that sell, or claim to sell steroids . 90% are scammers. You can PM me for a source check if you wish.

    What are your stats, age, training history etc...

    hey swifto, my info is as follows:

    age:26
    weight: 218
    height: 6'0
    BF%: 16-18% (have to get it tested to make sure)

    i have been training for over 6 years, i am pretty knowledgable as far as working out is concerned, but new to gear, hence the million questions......i work out 5-6 days week, cardio each day for an hour burning about 1000-1200 cals. I run a split routine for workout

    my diet is very clean, protein, complex cards, fiber, i hit all the major food groups and eat about 4-5 meals/day taking in about 2100-2800 cals. I am trying to cut down the fat, so i am taking in less cals and doing hardcore cardio.

    What do you think?? the PM you send me was great, and the recommendations for the HCG cycle came in handy....question HMG and HCG are the same correct? HMG is actually a little better from what i read, helps promote for sperm production i think??
