another newb pct

I read all these different clomid/ nolva scenarios for pct. but i still have guestions. i thought tamox and nolvadex were two different pcts? also im running a 12 week test cyp of 400 mg. maybe 10 depending on gains at the end. last time i just took clomid but i got real bad acnea all over the next week after my last injection of sustoplex. can i start my nolva the same week i end my cycle and then start my clomid 14 days after last injection? or should i use tamox instead of nolva? thanks

Tamox is Tamoxifen. Nolvadex is Tamox
