Nolva 40/40/20/20 20mg Each

How should I take the tablets....All at once or split them throughout the day?

Wait??? Tell me exactly what you are taking each day?

You should be taking them like this:

Week1- 40mgs nolva each day, all at once, doesnt matter what time of day
100mgs clom each day " "

Week2- 20mgs nolva each day " "
50mgs clomid each day

Week3- 20mgs nolva each day
50mgs clomid each day

Week4- 20mgs nolva each day
25mgs clomid each day

Yes you got it correct. Though I am doing 100 for 2 weeks....Too much or not worth it guys?

Each Clomid tablet I have is 50mg- so 2x50mg=100 (2pills)
Each Nolva tablet I have is 20mg- so 2x20mg=40 (2pills)

Total of 4 tables a day for the first week.

I would take the clomid 100/50/50/25
And the nolva 40/20/20/20

unless the clomid dosent give you any sides then you can keep your dose at 100mg for the first weeks. I never got any sides from it however it can make some people an emotional wreck apparenty

It would be dependant on the cycle you have ran and the way your body recovers.

Sounds like you want to run a longer PCT indicated by your amounts you have listed.

What did your cycle look like?

Cycle was:

1-12 Test e 500mg week for the first 6 weeks....then 700mg 6-12
Dbol- 30mg 1-4
