    Over the counter anti estrogen

    are there any over the counter products that work well enough to replace clomid?

    No...

    But there are some supplements/foods that lower estrogen, such as 6-Bromo, DIM, Resveratrol (also an anti-androgen), Vitex, Grape Seed Extract (GSE), Mangosteen (very powerful), Damiana, Vitamin K, Fish oil, Green tea, kelp, Ginkgo biloba, and GLA.

    might as well get the real chems from ar-r , the board sponsor. Their chems are real and legit.
