Pct For Spawn

My friend has been taking spawn for 2 weeks and had no clue what pct was i am not knowledgable of pct or phs for that matter but i pointed him towards the ar-r website and what should i tell him to order, what doses to take, and how to measure the doses. Like i said this is not for me so please dont flame just trying to help a friend out so he doesnt fvck himself up. Thanks in advance

I'm currently trying Phee's pct.

AI .25mg
and 2x Serms
Nolva/Clomid
Nolva (in mg) 20/20/10/10 or 20/20/20/20 depending on side effects
clomid (in mg) 100/50/50/25 (i've been told 50/50/50/50 is sufficient)

liver support asap. if he is or was a bad drinker UDCA is a good addition

even 2 weeks in... 500mg eod or ed is fine. Finish 60 caps.

Liver Fix/ LIV 52 /Milk THisle extract all great stuff



p.s. tell your buddy he is a reason shit that ACTUALLY works gets banned. hope this helped!


P.p.s. he might experience a drop in test levels after. He can either wait it out, or try a test booster.. (i'd rather not add more shit during pct than i have too, but everyone is different)

looks very good, pct should be clomid and nolva

clomid 70/35/35/35
nolva 40/20/20/20

and UDCA for liver support. and if you need an ai go with liquidex or exemestane.
