First time PCT

sorry now this is bad... i used hcg after my first ever course but never since
i have just finished my 6th cycle of 12weeks
it was winstrol tab to start with masteron,tri trenbolon and test
i just finished this course, i was thinkin of getting
clomid and hcg pregnyl
but am unsure of how much to get nd when to take, sorry if i seem ignorant for sum1 who has banged in 6 cycles....

Is this your first pct? Look at getting your chems from ar-r, the board sponsor, they have everything you need, like clomid and nolva for your pct.

im based in ireland nd dont buy online, just wonderin if anyone cud help with what i shud be taking

the standard nolva/clomid pct has always worked well for me:

clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
