Critique My Husbands Test e/deca PCT

My husband needs some help with his PCT. He is getting ready to start a test deca cycle. This is his 3rd cycle. Stats are:

25 y/o
5'10" 182 to 185lbs
9% BF

Week 1-12 Test E 500mg per week
Week 1-10 Deca 400mg per week
Week 14-16 Nolva 20mg per day
Week 14-16 Liquidex 100mg per day

He wants to keep most of his gains and wants to know if the pct sounds right. He also going to be taking nizoral 2% to keep his hair from shedding. Should he also run HCG ? I know you guys can help him out.

same stats as me...

I'll let some more experienced users chime in, but from my understanding pct doesn't change...by liquidex did you mean clomid? (that's a high dosage for ldex)

Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 100/50/50/25

hcg should be run while on cycle @ 250iu twice a week (weeks 1-13). this will make recovery easier.

definitely get the clomid and tamox for your pct, and you need an ai to run I prefer exemestane over liquidex. ar-r has all the chems you need.

Does ar-r sell anything like HCG ? Or anyone else thats reputable?

Agreed.

I dont think Tamox 40mg/ED is needed with an inital high dose of Clomid.

If you do use a larger inital dose, dont exceed 100mg/ED Clomid or Tamox 40mg/ED and only use it for the first 3-7 days IMHO. No longer.

So should the HCG be taken the 12 weeks of the cycle or the last 4? Were confused.

He can start on week 1 or week 4 and continue it through week 13. PCT starts on week 14. Adex (liquidex) is something he might want to look into to go along side the hcg (to keep the estrogen levels in check and prevent bloating).

Just to add...he really should be researching all of this himself before putting these chemicals in his body. There are plenty of great writeups and educational threads in this forum (Swifto has a great writeup on HCG).
