After searching the most common recommendation is .25mg of Adex EOD. Has anyone run .5 2x week on their injection days and would that basically be the same as .25mg eod ? Has anyone had their estrogen checked via draw before and after the use?

This is just a guess, but I figure .25mg EOD would be better, as far as consistency goes..
