hypogonadism? second PCT or TRT?(Advice Plz)

hey guys, i've been creeping this site for a few years but now i need some help...

its been over two months after my PCT and my libido sucks and i can barely rise to the occasion.

in november i finished a 12 week cycle:
sust, 500/week 1-4 and 750/week 5-12

and in december started a 6 week PCT of:
clomid 100/week 1-2 and 50/week 3-4 and nolvadex 20/week 1-6.

i know i should have probably used HCG but for some reason i didnt. during the PCT there was a good week(week2) where i thought everything was returning to normal but after that is when the problem started. basically my sex drive just died along with my dick.

i had blood work done about 4 weeks after my PCT:
test: 24.2
free test: 37.5
LH: 7
FSH: 3
prolactin: 11
(if i need anything else here please let me know)

i have an appointment with my doc coming up where im going to get him to send me off to do more blood work so if there is anything else i should have him test me for please let me know.

im told everything is normal but have read up a bit and based on the test results and the low sex drive, ed, and nuts not much bigger than when i was on cycle i am assuming hypogonadism. not sure if its primary or secondary but is there anything i can do about this besides TRT?

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What are your stats? age? cycle exp.?
Have you cycled before this last one?
Any pre cycle bloodwork?

male, 25 years old, 190lbs, not sure BF% maybe 13ish(abs are in but im not ripped).
this was my fifth cycle over the past three plus years.
all i know is that my free test was 51 for my pre-cycle blood work before this last cycle.
please let me know if you need anything else.

Have you always run a pct after your cycles? How long had it been between your last cycle and the one before? What did your pct look like?

and unless I am wrong, a free test level of 51 is actually high?

were these levels measured ng/dl or nmol/l??

i always ran the same clomid/nolva pct after every cycle except for the cycle before this last one, i ran HCG/clomid/nolva and all went well. i waited three months after that PCT before starting this last 12 week cycle and ran only sust and only used clomid/nolva for pct.

i i think free test at 51 may be a bit high and im not sure how it was measured but i can definitely find out at my next doc appointment. my free test as per my last blood test is 37.5.

i was thinking about running another HCG/clomid/nolva PCT now but i am not sure how the HCG will effect my balls with apparently "normal" LH and test levels. maybe i should run another clomid/nolva PCT for six weeks?

i was also thinking of maybe getting back on test for a short two month cycle and running HCG during the last month and with the start of my regular clomid/nolva PCT.

im not sure if these are reasonable options but something i had in mind. im thinking of waiting until after my next blood test to make a decision and take action. tboney, what are your thoughts about these options?

Again, unless I am mistaken, I think something else must be going on.... free test level of 37.5 is good. That is if it is being measured in nmol/L.

I think you should wait for more extensive bloodwork before you decide. What was your total test level?
I would not get back on test right now... You need to figure out what is going on with you. If it were me I might find an endo that I could level with about my aas use and see if he can help.

This is one of the problems with running a cycle before you are fully developed... If this is your 5th cycle and you are just 25 then you started to early in my opinion....

ya im definitely going to wait until after another blood test. my doc is has referred me to an endo so im going to make that appointment as well. someone i know with a similar problem went to an endo and all he did was recommend some website offering some natural tribulus test booster... hopefully this endo will be willing to help me out so i dont have to experiment on my own. tboney, thanks alot of trying to help out. i'll definitely post again after my next test and endo appointment it would be great to hear your opinion again.
