How to start nolva after clomid

I came off a cycle of test and deca about 6 months ago
i didnt do a post cycle right away, so i started the clomid soon as i could get it
witch was about 12 days ago
Ive done the Clomd like this
200 day1
100 day 2-8
50 day for the last 2 days

Now i planned to keep taking the clomid at 50mg a day and my nolvadex just got here should i start it at 20 or 40mg

And will it screw up the effectiveness becuase i started the clomid b4 the nolva

u may or may not even need the nolvadex or clomid at this point, impossible to say without a blood test but just run the nolva at 20 mg a day for 4 weeks, even tho it will run past your clomid of 4 weeks, assuming 4 weeks of clomid is all you are doing
