Help With PCT using Deca in cycle! A little concerned?

Sorry for the double post but wasnt getting a response in the Question & Answer section so i guess here is the right place.

So guys, this will be my first proper cycle. Cut my first cypionate cycle short because of severe joint pain (Was only 4 weeks into cycle). Anyway in a about 4 weeks i will be running my cycle. 500MG of Sus and 300MG of DECA .

    Here are my stats:
Im 21 will be 22 when i start the cycle
    Height 5'4
    Weight 147lbs
    Bf% 10 to 11%
Traning exp. over 2 years. 5 days a week

    Cycle will be 12 weeks
    Week 1 - 12 500MG of SUS
    Week 1 - 10 300MG of DECA

I no i shouldnt be stacking on my "first" cycle but i am worried about the joint pain returning. I could even lower the deca if neccessary because im only using it for the joints. Im also worried about using the deca because i no it will shut me down hard! And i dont want to risk TRT i want to have kids in the future.
I no the cycle is planned out well im eating well and been reading on the site for years.
Basically my question is, is 300mg of deca too much to help my joints or could i go lower? or should i just stick to 300mg because deca will shut me down hard anyway? Secondly what pct should i use to get my test levels back? is Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 & Clomid 100/100/50/50 enough or should i do something else?
Thanks alot guys your help is much appreciated!
