Test E 300 Edited labs pct help plz?

I am 5,8 170pd Iam on week 4 of 12weeks of Test E cycle. Ive checked into pct, was able to get clomid and nolva. I read to take 20mg of nolva a day for 14days after my last shot. Then continue to take 20mg of nolva a day along with 50mg of clomid for 3 weeks. Is this correct help plz?

No dont take the nolva during your cycle.

What J4ever41 just posted could be fine. That represents what doeses you should be running for each of your 4 weeks of PCT. You would start it 2 weeks after your last shot

I prefer

Nolva
40/40/20/20

Clomid
50/50/50/50

But on a separate note these are things you should know before you are a third of the way into your cycle

well ive been taking nolva for 2 days now doo to sore nipples but iam not speaking ove that iam talking about the 14days after the last pin and before pct

Your full PCT should start two weeks after the last shot. Follow either one of the protocols above. Dont do it the way that you originally posted
