When is the best time to use HCG?

I've heard so many different opinions, and im guessing that its just preference and some people react differently then others. But would you guys recommend HCG:
- Weeks 2-12 of a cycle at 500ius a week split twice
- Weeks 10-12 and then right up until you start PCT, at the same dose 500ius. Assuming i am using Test E.
- Or just use it during your PCT along with nolva/clomid

And if anyone is curious i am doing a 12 week cycle of Test E at 500mg a week, with PCT of Nolva at 40,20,20,20. + i want to add the HCG.

The endocrinologist suggested usage of HCG is 2x 250Iu's a week throughout your cycle. starting on week 2 should be fine.

keep the HCG going up until the ester runs out on the Test E(14 days), start PCT 3 days after your last HCG shot. If you wait until week 10 500iu's a week wont be enough to bring back your boys I dont think.

I've read of guys doing 500-1500ius ED or EOD for the last 2-4 weeks of cycle before PCT. I dont think thats a good idea. Dont quote me but I think I read that the LEydigs get desensitized anything over 1000ius a week.
